COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JULY 5, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of July 5, 2016, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales, Graham, Henry, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, and Ward
Absent: Hussey and Wiseman
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2016-19: Public Works Director Matt Morasch stated that staff and MoDOT
respectfully requested that the Council suspend the rules at tonight ’s meeting so this
project could get started. Councilman Henry stated he would make that request.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
