RESOLUTION NO. 16-09
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL,
VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS AND
PURPOSES; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AS THE AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THIS
CITY TO ISSUE THE "TASK ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO THE MASTER AGREEMENT
FOR LITIGATION AND RELATED LEGAL SERVICES" BY AND BETWEEN THE
CITY OF McCALL AND THE LAW FIRM OF WHITE, PETERSON, GIGRAY &
NICHOLS, P.A. ("White Peterson"); DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK; AND SETTING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council:
Section 1 - Recitals:
1.1
The City Council of the City of McCall finds that it is in the best interests of the City of
McCall to issue "Task Addendum No. I to the Master Agreement for Litigation and
Related Legal Services" for the reasons stated therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council as follows:
Section 2 — Authority:
2.1 The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute as the authorized agent of this City that
certain "Task Addendum No. 1 to the Master Agreement for Litigation and Related Legal
Services," a copy of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit A, subject to the terms and
conditions stated therein, and to execute all ancillary documents, if any are required, in
order to facilitate the City's performance of its obligations under the "Task Addendum
No. 1 to the Master Agreement for Litigation and Related Legal Services."
Section 3 - Directing the City Clerk:
3.1 The City Clerk is hereby directed to file this Resolution forthwith in the official records
of this City; and to certify this resolution to the City of McCall.

Section 4 - Effective Date:
4.1 This resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage.
