A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE MOAB SWIM
CENTER FOR THE 2007 SWIM SEASON.
Whereas, the Moab City Council must approve all fees charged at the Moab Swim Center;
NOW THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO
HEREBY RESOLVE TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE
MOAB SWIM CENTER.
Moab Swim Center Fees
Punch Cards for local residents
Youth Age 4 to 17 . 10 Punch Card $10 ($1 per visit)
Adult Age 18 to 54 10 Punch Card $20 ($2 per visit)
Senior Age 55 and over 10 Punch Card $10 ($1 per visit)
Aerobics/Lap Swim All Ages 10 Punch Card $20 ($2 per class/lap swim)
Note: One punch per entrance to the pool.
Summer Season Passes for local residents — These passes are only valid from Memorial Day through Labor
Day.
Family
Two adults and children including
natural, adopted, foster and step
children, living under the same roof.

Aquatic merchandise sold % of markup at manager's discretion
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by action of the governing body of the City of Moab in open session
