WAIVING RENTAL AND STAFF FEES AT THE IDA LEE RECREATION
CENTER FOR THE LOUDOUN COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL ALL-NIGHT DRUG
AND ALCOHOL FREE GRADUATION PARTY
WHEREAS, the Loudoun County High School All-Night Drug and Alcohol Free Graduation Party
Committee has requested a waiver of rental and staff fees for the use of Ida Lee Recreation Center for
their 1995 All-Night Graduation Pm~y on June 16 and 17; and
WHEREAS, the event is scheduled after normal operating hom~ and requires fees be paid to
cover staff costs of $620 and rental fees of $1,460 for a total of $2,080; and
WHEREAS, on Februa~y 21, 1995, the Town Council's Finance Committee recommended waiving
the staff and rental costs for the All-Night Graduation Pa~ty by a vote of 3-0:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg as follows:
The Town Manager is hereby authorized to waive the staff and rental fees in the amount of
$2,080 for the All-Night Graduation Pax~y.
