HomeMy Public PortalAboutMinutes - 12/15/2005 The Wellsburg City Council met in special session December 15, 2005 with Mayor Fox presiding and Councilmen James, Meints, Nielsen and Van Heiden present. Absent Lindaman.
The Mayor declared this was the time and place for the public hearing on the proposed loan agreement with Peoples Savings Bank. Being there were no written or oral objections the Mayor
declared the public hearing closed.
Motion by Nielsen second by Van Heiden to approve the Loan Agreement with Peoples Savings Bank. Loan amount to be $73,000.00. Terms 4.15% for ten years. Loan for the purchase of
a fire tanker truck. All ayes, carried.
Motion to adjourn Nielsen second by Van Heiden. All ayes, carried.
