RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as follows:
A notice of Public Hearing to consider #ZM-145 Edwards Landing Concept Plan and Proffer
Amendment to #ZM-109 Edwards Landing PRN by the Leesburg Town Council and the Leesburg
Planning Commission to accommodate the preservation of certain Civil War era earthworks discovered
on the property located east of the Route 15 Bypass and north of Route 773 Edwards Fer~ Road shall
be published in the Leesburg Today on June 14, 1995 and June 21, 1995 for a joint public hearing on
Tuesday June 27, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Government Center at 25 West Market Street,
Leesburg, Virginia 22075.
