A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2008-2009 FINANCIAL REPORT
FOR YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2009.
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to file a financial report to the
Iowa Department of Management for year ending June 30, 2009.
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to publish in the legally
recognized newspaper the completed financial report. Upon receipt of proof of legal
publishing the completed and signed report will be submitted to the Iowa Department
of Management by the City Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O F THE
CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA:
Motion made by Councilperson: Mike Gericke. Seconded by Councilperson Jim Bartels. to
approve the 2008-2009 Financial Report and authorize submission of report by the City Clerk
to the Iowa Department of Management.
PASSED AND APPROVED THE 13th DAY OF January 2010.

Absent: Travis Weipert
Mayor Royce Phillips declared Resolution 2010-01 approved and therefore affixes his
signature this 13th day of January 2010.
