APPROPRIATING $30,000 TO FUND THE CONTRACT FOR PLAN
REVIEW WITH WILLIAM H. GORDON FOR THE REMAINDER OF FY
95
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 94-270 awarded a contract for the review of engineering construction
drawings to William H. Gordon Associates, Incorporated; and
WHEREAS, the adopted resolution appropriated $60,000 to pay for the cost of the service; and
WHEREAS, the plan review backlog has been eliminated and plans are being reviewed within
30 to 45 days; and
WHEREAS, the original $60,000 appropriation has been expended; and
WHEREAS, it has been estimated that $30,000 is needed to complete the fiscal year and
maintain the current level of service:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
An appropriation in the amount of $30,000 is hereby authorized from the unappropriated
General Fund balance to the Engineering and Inspection Contractual Services Account
#200.3401.300.302.
