A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, APPROV-
ING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER OF
SAID CITY MADE PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS
OF RESOLUTION NO. 68 -870 OF SAID COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temple City,
California, did in Resolution No. 68-870, adopted November 19,
1968, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street Lighting Act
of 1919" of the State of California (Part 1 of Division 14
of the Streets and Highways Code of said State) as amended,
require the Consulting Engineer to make and file with the,
Clerk of the City of Temple City a report in writing,
presenting certain matters relating to a proposed lighting
installation maintenance and service district in said City,
as contemplated under the provisions of said "Street Lighting
Act of 1919" and under the alternative procedure for levying
and collecting assessments on ad valorem basis provided for
in Chapter 8.5 of said "Street Lighting Act of 1919 "; and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer, pursuant to the require-
ments of said City Council, as expressed in Resolution No.
68 -870 and of said law, did make and on the 19th day of
November, 1968, did file in the office of the City Clerk
of said City, his report in writing; and •
WHEREAS, said City Clerk has presented the said report
to the Council of said City, and said Council has proceeded
to carefully examine, inspect and consider the said report
and is satisfied with said report and with each and all of
the items therein set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That

presented and filed.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
