A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2007-2008 FINANCIAL REPORT FOR YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 2008.
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to file a financial report to the
Iowa Department of Management for year ending June 30, 2008.

WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to publish in the legally
recognized newspaper the completed financial report. Upon receipt of proof of legal
publishing the completed and signed report will be submitted to the Iowa Department
of Management by the`City Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O F THE
CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA:
Motion made by Councilperson: Jim Bartels. Seconded by Councilperson Mark Petersen.
to approve the 2007-2008 Financial Report and authorize submission of report by the City
Clerk to the Iowa Department of Management.
PASSED AND APPROVED THE 11TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2009.

Mayor Royce Phillips declared Resolution 2009-03 approved and therefore affixes his
signature this 11th day of February 2009.
