TOWN OF BREWSTER MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD
Wednesday January 6, 2004 7:00 P.M.
Brewster Town Office Building
1. Present: Chairman Taylor convened the Planning Board meeting at 7:OOPM in the Brewster Town
Office Building with members Henchy, Pierce, Linda Bugle, Bob Bugle, McMullen, and Remy present.
2. Informal Discussion—Atty. Michael Ford re: Property on Underpass Rd.
3. Ford—Parcel 19 on Map 27 Underpass road consists of 5.5 acres and has a single family home. We are
looking at what possible uses are. The Board advised Atty. Ford to review the uses with the Building
Commissioner/Zoning Agent.
4. Continuance- Informal Discussion—Tamer Lane, regarding the forever wild areas.
5. The Board approved a letter to the Building Commissioner regarding Tamer Lane and tl�e forever wild
areas. Stating that all will be reviewed on a case by case bases.

6. CONTINUANCE OF ROAD MAINTENANCE BOND $1,856.97+/-,MCSHANE
CONSTRUCTION—CLIPPER WAY- ASSESSOR'S MAP 26.
7. The Board approved the letter to John McShane regarding repairs that the Board would lWe to be done
to Yankee Drive as discussed on December 16, 2005.
8. Approval Not Required—ANR2004-01 —Paige—76 Anchor's Aweigh Road, Map 6,Lots 66, 67,&
71- combine the three lots into one.
9. Motion by Henchy, Pierce second, Approve ANR2004-01. All voted in favor.
10. Meeting Adjourned at 7:45PM
