Corbin St. Present: Members G. Miller, Bruce Spencer and Hannah Peele Absent: Chair Will Senner, Members Mathew Palmer and Elizabeth Dicker Staff: Planner Joseph Hoffheimer 1. Call to order, roll call, and confirmation of quorum Planner Joseph Hoffheimer advised the commission that Chair Will Senner was experiencing travel delays and would not be able to attend the meeting. Hoffheimer asked the three members in attendance to appoint an acting chair in Dowdle’s absence. With consensus from Members G. Miller and Bruce Spencer, Member Hannah Peele agreed to be acting chair for the meeting. Acting Chair Peele stated that because only three members were present, the meeting could not be called to order due to lack of a quorum. The meeting was canceled at 6:34 p.m. 2. Commission’s mission statement The mission statement was not read due to lack of a quorum. 3. Agenda changes This item was not discussed due to lack of a quorum. 4. Minutes review and approval No action was taken on minutes from the regular meeting on May 3, 2023 and June 7, 2023 due to lack of a quorum. 5. Old business A.
