AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR OF
THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 159.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:

Ordinance No. 159 and any other ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed. Any section of any existing
Ordinance which is not in conflict herewith is not repealed
and remains in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after it~ publication in the Official City Newspaper.
