RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WllEREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapte,' 231 P.L. 1975,
permits tile exclusion of the public flora a nteeting in certain circumstances; mtd
WIIEREAS, tills public body is of rite opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by rite Mayor and Council of tile
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, Slate of New Jersey, as follows:
1. Tlte public shall be excludgd fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject ntatters.
2. The general nature of the subject nlatter to be discussed is as follows:
PersonnEl Matters and Contract Negotiations.
3. It is anticipated at this time that Ille above stated subject nlatter will be made

Upon conclusion of the matters.
4, This resolution shall take effect immediately.
