A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR VIDEO PRODUCTION INCUBATOR
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Moab recognizes the value of encouraging and supporting film,
video and television production in Moab and Southeast Utah;
WHEREAS, the City of Moab has entered into an interlocal agreement with Grand
County to provide Video Production Incubator Services under a grant from the Utah
Governor's Office of Economic Development;
WHEREAS, the aforementioned grant is designed to provide access to video equipment
and training in order to encourage and support small businesses and entrepreneurs in
Moab and Southeast Utah; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned grant is designed to provide that access at the lowest
practical cost to local businesses and entrepreneurs.
NOW THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO
HEREBY RESOLVE TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING VIDEO PRODUCTION
INCUBATOR SERVICES FEES:
Equipment Rental Fees:
Equipment Package
Equipment Package Late Fee
Equipment Package Security Deposit
Training Programs
session
$10.00 per day.
$15.00 per day.
$100.00 initial rental.
$ 50.00 subsequent rentals by same party.
Fees to be determined by Moab City
Manager based on the cost of providing the
training programs.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by action of the governing body of the City of Moab in open
this 23rd day of October, 2007.
