A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA FOR APPROVAL OF THE
2009-2010 CITY BUDGET. PUBLISHED AS REQUIRED IN THE PRESS CITIZEN
NEWSPAPER AND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES POSTED IN FOUR LOCATIONS
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council having reviewed and now set approval of said 2009-
2010 City Budget for the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa reserves the right to amend said City
Budget for 2009-2010 as needed after the date of July 1, 2009.
ON THE 11th day of March 2009, at a regula(meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Council person John Wright made a motion seconded by Council person Chris Ball for
approval of 2009-2010 City Budget to be submitted > and certified with the Iowa Department
of Management and the Johnson County Auditor no later than March 16, 2009.
Ayes: Chris Ball, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, John Wright
Nays: None
Absent: Jim Bartels
WHEREUPON, the Mayor Royce Phillips declared that Resolution 2009-05 be approved
and adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 11th day of March 20089, and approved by the Mayor on
the 11th day of March 2009.
