A RESOLUTION:
SETTING A MEETING DATE
LEGISLATORS TO DISCUSS
LEGISLATIVE PACKET
PRESENTED October 13, 1995
ADOPTED October 13, 1995
WITH THE TOWN COUNCIL AND
THE TOWN OF LEESBURG'S 1996
WHEREAS, the Town Council has deemed it important to begin discussion on the town's 1996
Legislative Packet; and
WHEREAS, it is the Council's desire to include, in these discussions, Delegates William Mims
and Joe May and Senator Charles Waddell; and
WHEREAS, on October 3, 1995, the Administration and Public Works Committee asked that
legislation be prepared to schedule a joint meeting with the Town Council and legislators:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A joint meeting between the Town Council and legislators is hereby scheduled on October 24,
1995, at 5:30 P.M. in the first floor Executive Conference Room, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg,
Virginia.
