Motion to remand discussion of amending the Zoning Ordinance regarding kiosks to
the Planning Commission to include not allowing kiosks in parking spaces, the size of
the kiosks, health and safety requirements within the kiosks, allowing this to apply to
a shopping mall with a minimum of 500,000 square feet of space, and the total
number of kiosks allowed.
