A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY GRANTING A
VARIANCE AND REVERSING RESOLUTION
NO. 68 -312 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that the Variance hereinafter granted, was denied by the
Planning Commission and that this City Council has heretofore
held a public hearing upon the appeal thereof.
SECTION 2. Said Zone Variance from Section
Temple City Zoning Ordinance, to add to existing
with less than the required front setback situate
Parcel 57, Tract 20748 (more commonly known as 63
Primrose Avenue) is hereby granted.
SECTION 3. Said Resolution No. 68 -312PC of
Commission is hereby reversed.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to
