AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT TO LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX FOR
THE SENIOR MEAL PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached Amendment to Lease Agreement
between the Borough of Carteret and the County of Middlesex providing for a payment to
the Borough of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per month effective July 1, 2004
with regard to the Senior Meal Program; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all the other terms of the prior Lease Agreement
between the parties dated October 6, 1994, shall remain in full force and effect.
Adopted this 17th day of June, 2004
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 18, 2004.
