AUTHORIZING A RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR VIRGINIA POWER ON THE
VINEGAR HILL PARKING LOT PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Virginia Power has requested a right-of-way for underground work on the land
owned by the Town of Leesburg at the Vinegar Hill Parking Lot to provide electric service to the
Loudoun County Complex at 5 Harrison Street; and
WHEREAS, the right-of-way agreement has been submitted to the Deputy Town Attorney and
Director of Engineering and Public Works for review; and
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Mayor is authorized to sign the right-of-way agreement for the easement requested by the
Virginia Power on the Vinegar Hill Parking Lot Property. The right-of-way agreement shall be in a form
approved by the Town Attorney.
