AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR ISTEA
ENHANCEMENT GRANT PROJECTS
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider ISTEA Enhancement Grant applications for (1) Bali's Bluff
Regional Park Expansion; (2) North King Street/Ida Lee Park Trails; and (3) Chancellor Street Trail is
hereby authorized. Notification shall be published in Leesburg Today on November 29 and December 6,
1995, for a public hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 1995, at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 25 West
Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
