RESOLUTION NO. 95-236 ADOPTED November 28, 1995
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A TIME EXTENSION FOR COMPLETION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR PATOWMACK POWER PLANT
WHEREAS, Patowmack Power Plant, the developer of the Patowmack Power Plant, has not
completed all the required public improvements in accordance with the approved construction drawings
and town standards within the two-year period agreed to in the contract for public improvements; and
WHEREAS, Council Resolution #94-248 adopted on November 22, 1994 authorized a one year
time extension for completion of the public improvements at the Patowmack Power Plant; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested another one (1) year time extension to complete the
public improvements; and
WHEREAS, a cash performance bond in the amount of $25,000.00 was provided by the
developer to guarantee the installation of public improvements for the Patowmack Power Plant.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The cash performance bond in the amount of $25,000.00 is approved to guarantee
the installation of public improvements for the Patowmack Power Plant.
