A RESOLUTION:
PRESENTED November 28. 1995
95-237 ADOPTED November 28, 1995
REAPPOINTING THREE MEMBERS OF THE GILCORP BOARD OF
DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, as required by the adopted Letter of Understanding between the Town of
Leesburg, Loudoun County, and Gilcorp, the Town Council on November 3, 1994, adopted
Resolution No. 94-231 appointing the initial Board of Directors for Gilcorp, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors met on November 21, 1995, and recommended
reappointment of three of its members to three year terms; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors was created to ensure the location of the county
government office building in downtown Leesburg and has been working toward that purpose.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Frank Ratio, Georgia Bange, and Fred T. Lininger are hereby reappointed to the Gilcorp,
Inc. Board of Directors for three year terms.
