SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
December 2, 2021
Commissioner Greg Chapman called the December 2, 2021, special meeting of the Board
of Police Commissioners to order at 2:00pm. In attendance were Commissioner Chapman,
Commissioner Schindlbeck, Commissioner Richardson, Chief Konopek, and Jenny Janis.
Public Forum: Citizen's Comments -None.
Correspondence- None
Commissioner Chapman moves to adjourn to executive session at
2:01 pm. Commissioner Schindlbeck seconds motion. Executive session ends at 2:24pm.
Commissioner Chapman moves to pass on offering an employment opportunity to Entry
Level Candidate Edith Rios. Commissioner Schindlbeck seconds. All in favor.
Commissioner Chapman moves to approve a conditional offer of employment to Entry
Level Candidate Justin Barma. Commissioner Richardson seconds. All in favor.
There being no further business or discussion, Commissioner Chapman moved the
meeting to be adjourned at 2:28pm.
