Nederhoff moved to approve the minutes of the May regular meeting. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Van Heiden moved to approve the Treasurer’s Report for May. Nederhoff seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Nederhoff moved to approve the following bills for payment. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Karen Mennenga, Library Director, presented the Library Report. Alan Fisher presented the Public Works report. Nederhoff moved to approve the FY 2013 Law Enforcement Agreement. Werkman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Rick Penning, Grundy Co. Sheriff and Kirk Dolleslager, Deputy were present to discuss issues with dogs. The City will gather further information and make changes to the current ordinance. At 8:02 p. m. the Mayor declared that this was the time and the place for the public hearing on the proposed FY 2012 budget amendment. Being there were no oral or written objections the May declare the public hearing closed a 8:03 p.m. Nederhoff moved to approve Resolution 06-2012 a motion approving the FY 2012 budget amendment. Werkman seconded the motion. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Buseman moved to approve the transfer of the liquor license for the Wellsburg Community Club. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Buseman moved to approve the cigarette permit for Casey’s General Store. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Werkmen moved to approve a building permit for Vernon Janssen. Buseman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Buseman moved to adjourn the meeting. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
