WllEREAS, application has beea p~ope~ ly made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Cmtetet, New Jelsey by Carteret Jet, ri. sh Comatmity Center
of the Borough of Cartelet; ami
WI1EREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/ale qualified to be licensed and that the
melnbers desiguated to condnct BINGO GAMES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WltEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signilied that the games will be played in
_ accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
Regulations.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough 9f Cm'tetet, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
dilected to execute the endo~ sement of the Mayor and Council by issuiug, upon propel'
p~esentalion of application and lees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applicant (s);
liE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED tho! a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
folthwith to tile Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
