APPOINTING DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that significant savings can be
achieved by the appoimment of an in-house Director of Engineering.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. that John P. DuPont is hereby appointed Director of Engineering effective upon
execution of a formal contract.
2. that the Mayor and appropriate Borough officials are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with John P. DuPont to serve as Director of Engineering for the
Borough of Carteret.
Adopted this 17th day of June, 2004
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on June 18, 2004.
