Budget Line Item Number: 4310-52-2110 Budget Adjustment – Public Works Capital Outlay – deduct $2,075.23 from 4210-54-110 Infrastructure – add $2,075.23 to 4210-54-2200 Vehicles for a balance of $18,233.91 in 4210-54-2200 to purchase a replacement tractor for rights-of-way grass cutting and back-up tractor for beach cleaning. TEMSCO Maintenance Agreement on the UV 4000 plus Unit at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Basic Maintenance includes two visits annually, July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2012. Budget Line Item: 505-431052-2203 Ecological Planning Group Proposal, Population Assessment for LOST Negotiations and Preliminary Census Challenge Preparation - $2,300.00. Explanation: Reviewed proposal with Michael Brown of Brown Pelican Consulting, LLC who is preparing the Chatham County municipalities negotiations position. Mr. Brown said the information would be very helpful defining Tybee’s seasonal and day time population as well as our year round population. Budget Line Item: 100-7220-52-110 Paul Wolff, out of state travel to Jacksonville, FL, June 12 – 14, 2012, Conference: Considering Climate in Decision Support for Resilient Coastal Communities. No out of pocket expense, Georgia Sea Grant is covering all expenses. TE Grant – P.I. 001058 – Historic Bicycle/Pedestrian Greenway Trail Improvement Project – Engineering Services Agreement – Thomas and Hutton - $86,500.
