A RESOLUTION:
AMENDING POSITIONS AND NUMBERS OF EMPLOYEES IN THE
TOWN'S SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg and American Beechcrafi have entered into a lease
agreement; and
WHEREAS, the pay and classification plan must be amended to reflect the duties and
responsibilities of American Beechcraft and the airport staff; and
WHEREAS, the elimination of the three airport positions will take place upon the execution
of the lease agreement between the Town of Leesburg and American Beechcraft Company.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The positions and number of employees in the town service for the fiscal year
1996 are established as follows:
