DENYING SPECIAL EXCEPTION
KIRKPATRICK CLUSTER SUBDIVISION
PRESENTED February 13,
APPLICATION #SE-95-07
WHEREAS, P.R. Construction & Development has requested special exception approval to
create a duster subdivision in the R-4 zoning district at the southeast corner of Ayrlee Avenue and
Morven Park Road; and
WHEREAS, a duster subdivision is a special exception use in the R-4 zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended denial of this application on December 14,
1995; and
WHEREAS, on January 23, 1996, the Town Council held a public hearing on this application;
and
WHEREAS,
