AMENDMENT
To Agreement
This amendment ("Amendment") is made by and between Witt O'Brien's, LLC, with a
mailing address of 818 Town & Country Blvd., Suite 200, Houston, Texas 77024 ("the
Company"), and Key Biscayne, FL with a business address of 88 West McIntyre Street, Suite
220, Key Biscayne, FL 33149 (the "Consultant"), collectively "the parties," modifies the
Professional Service Agreement entered into by the parties on June 26, 2017
("Agreement"), and is effective as dated June 5, 2020.
The parties hereby agree that the Agreement shall be amended as follows:
Amend Period of Performance to existing Agreement:
Period of Performance: both parties hereby and upon mutual agreement, agree to renew
the period of performance on a month to month basis.
Except as set forth in this Amendment, the Agreement is unaffected and shall continue in
full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Company and Consultant have caused this Amendment to be
executed by their duly authorized representatives.
