AUTHORIZING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, application for renewal of certain Plenary Retail Consumption, Plenary
Retail Distribution, and Club Licenses have been made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS the Borough Clerk reports that the requisite fee by each applicant has been
paid and is in her office.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plenary Retail Consumption
Licenses be issued by the Borough of Carteret and the appropriate officers of the
Borough are hereby authorized to issue and sign the same in the name of the Borough of
Carteret for the period commencing July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005, upon
application filed by:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the following applies to Liquor License
#1201-33-067-008, Robe and Gravel, t/a Charlie's Angels, 800 Blair Road, Carteret, NJ
07008:
1. Applicant agrees to provide additional security to the interior, and more
particularly, to the exterior of the premises should the same be deemed
necessary by the Borough of Carteret Police Department and to comply with
any and all recommendations as to such additional security and~or related
matters as may be made from time to time by the Borough of Carteret Police
Department.
