Board of Assessors Meeting
November 15,2005
Members Present: Jim Jursak and G. Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Jursak called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

Mr. Jursak motioned to enter into Executive Session at 6:38 p.m. to discuss Abatements and
Exemptions and not return to open session. Mr. Hayes seconded.

Executive Session
Mr. Jursak moved to grant an Exemption to the following:
Stephanie Erickson of 32 Run Hill Road, 42 Spouse of Police Officer
Mr. Hayes seconded the motion,which passed 2-0.
Mr. Jursak moved to deny the following Exemption applications:
John J. Maguire et al,Trustees, of 1157 Main Street-41 C-insufficient ownership
Erwin D. Lacasse et al,of 80 Anne Way-37 Blind-receiving Cl. 41 C
Fritzi Finch, of 28 Quasons Path-141 C-insufficient ownership
Mr. Hayes seconded the motion, which passed 2-0.

Personal Property Mr. Jursak motioned to grant the p y abatements on the
beginning with Thompson,Edric S. Jr., and ending with Hermes, Emmanuel Y &
Susanne H., in the total amount of$654.02. Mr. Hayes seconded the motion, which passed
2-0.
Mr. Jursak motioned to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded.

3. Snedeker, Eleanor—Unknown $9,000

The Board scheduled the next meeting for November 291h, 2005 at 6:30 p.m.
