Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor Mr. Jursak called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. Old Business: New Business: Mr. Jursak motioned to enter into Executive Session at 6:45 p.m. to discuss Abatements and Exemptions and not return to open session. Mr. Hayes seconded. Z l: l d Z l NVP 90. ��3 ~oik J1 °—JiSM388 A Board of Assessors Meeting November 29,2005 Executive Session Mr. Jursak moved to grant an Exemption to the following: Joan M. Corcoran,of 120 William Maker Way, 41 A Deferral Mr. Hayes seconded the motion, which passed 3-0. Mr. Jursak moved to grant the Personal Property abatements on the attached list, beginning with Romme,Robert H & Vivian,and ending with McCue,Joseph, in the total amount of $714.80. Mr. Hayes seconded the motion, which passed 3-0. Mr. Jursak moved to deny the Fiscal Year 2007 application of the Cape Cod National Golf Course for exemption under the provisions of Chapter 61 B. The basis for the denial is that the course is not available to the general public or to the members of a non-profit organization as required by Chapter 61 B, Section 1. Mr. Hayes seconded the motion, which passed 3-0. Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded. 1. DeYoung, Geoffrey & Amanda-22 Tamer Lane $46,800 2. Abernethy,William S et al--1855 Long Pond Road $75,600 3. Kenny,John J Jr et al—72 Court Way $2,100 4. Clapp, David E & Frances-70 Harmony Lane $26,000 5. Stramowski, Francis E et al-0 Linda Circle $30,800 6. Owen, Ashlee L et al-2071 Main Street $225,100 The motion passed 3-0. Mr. Jursak moved to deny the following Real Estate abatement applications. Mr. Hayes seconded. 1. Crocker, Ann S—0 Main Street 2. Longton,Edward B et al,Trustees-4 Bantry Lane 3. Jayes, Elizabeth A,Trustee-37 Bates Lane 4. Lockyer,Maryanne W, Trustee-20 Bantry Lane 5. Smith, Paul J et al-46 Pells Fishing Road The motion passed 3-0.
