Board of Assessors Meeting
December 20,2005
Members Present: Jim Jursak, G. Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Jursak called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.

Mr. Jursak motioned to enter into Executive Session at 6:40 p.m. to discuss Abatements and
Exemptions and not return to open session. Mr. Hayes seconded.

Executive Session
Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Mr. Hayes seconded.
1. Patterson, Raymond Pet al-121 Whiffletree Ave. $102,200
2. Lombardi, Robert L et al--64 Pond Street $29,500
3. Dedon, Lenore—600 Lower Road $24,100
4. Corn,Julius M & Penny W-51 Stonehenge Road $31,100
5. Cassidy,Jeffrey R—68 Martingale Lane $49,800
The motion passed 3-0.
Mr. Jursak moved to deny the following Real Estate abatement applications. Mr. Hayes
seconded.
1. Marini, Daniel W & Jodi A— 195 Pond View Drive
2. Lagasse,Ted & Karen M—68 Cricket Lane
3. Drown, Alice M.—8 Leeds Lane
4. Brennan,Thomas R& Tobey H-451 Stony Brook Road
The motion passed 3-0.
The Board scheduled the next meeting for January 5, 2006 at 6:30 p.m.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Jursak seconded.
The meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
