WAIVING POLICE SERVICE FEES FOR THE AMERICAN RED CROSS
WHEREAS, the American Red Cross Loudoun County Chapter held a fund-raising event in
September 1995; and
WHEREAS, the fund-raising activities proved to be unsuccessful; and
WHEREAS, the Chapter has encountered a financial drain over the past months due to the severe
winter; and
WHEREAS, the Chapter has requested a fee waiver of $1200 for police services:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Town Manager is hereby authorized to waive police service fees in the amount of $1200 for
the American Red Cross Loudoun County Chapter.
