A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR "THE
DEPOT TIFFIN" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE
APRIL 11, 2009.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested by the business establishment known as the "The
Depot'Tiffin" located within the.city limits of Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the
Alcohol Permit for "The Depot Tiffin". City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local
authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
On the 11th day of March 2009, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa.
Councilperson Mike Gericke made a motion for APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE
ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS "THE DEPOT
TIFFIN" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL
11, 2009.
Seconded by Council person Chris Ball.
Ayes: Chris Ball, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, John Wright
Nays: None
Absent: Jim Bartels
WHEREUPON, the Mayor Royce Phillips declared that the RESOLUTION 2009-07
APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR "THE DEPOT TIFFIN"
LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 11, 2009.
by adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed`by the City Council on the 11th day of March 2009 and approved by the Mayor on
the 11th day of March 2009.
