WHEREAS, Milojevic Enterprises, Inc. , trading as C. J. 'S, premises
located at 3 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey, holder of
Plengry Retail License ~1201-33-008-004 has made a timely appli-
cation for renewal of said license for the 1994-1995 License Term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Caxteret, County of Middlesex, State of New JerSey,
does hereby approve the renewal, effective 3uly 1, 1994.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this
Resolution be sent forthwith to the New Jersey Department of Law
& Public Safety, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing
Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.

and certified as a true copy of the
