A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
ESTABLISHING A POLICE COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 69 -280, the City Council of the City of Temple City is
hereby appointed and designated as the Police Commission of
this City, effective April 2, 1969.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1969.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting held on the 1st day of April, 1969, by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen - Beckley, Harker, Merritt, Tyrell, Briggs
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
