A RESOLUTION:

AUTHORIZING AN INTRODUCTION LETTER AND PRESS
CONFERENCE SITE FOR THE TRANSCENDENTAL ARTS COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Transcendental Arts Council (TAC) requests Leesburg serve as a host
community for a period of one year; and
WHEREAS, TAC requests as a host community the town sponsor the TAC by providing moral
support and ccrtain services; and
WHEREAS, TAC requests thc Town Council provide a letter of introduction; and
WHEREAS, TAC requests the Town provide a site for a press conference for their initial kick-
oft-:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The Town Manager is authorized to provide the attached letter to the
Transcendental Arts Council tbr distribution.
SECTION II. The Town Manager is authorized to provide a press conference site on town
property for the purpose of promoting the initial eflbrts of the Transcendental Arts Council.
