RESOLUTION NO. 96-143
A RESOLUTION: MAKING APPOINTMENTS
COMMISSION
TO
PRESENTED July 1, 1996
ADOPTED July I, 1996
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the terms of office for Economic Development Commission members Charles Fincher,
Peter O'Reilly and Ellen Wall expired on June 30, 1996; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists due to the resignation of Robert Waldrup.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Charles Fincher, Ellen Wall and Raymond Pelletier, Jr. are appointed to the Economic
Development Commission for two year terms to expire on June 30, 1998.
SECTION II. Murrell Mcl.eod is appointed to the Economic Development Commission to fill the
unexpired term of Robert Waldrup, whose term expires on June 30, 1997.
PASSED this lsat day of July, 1996.
