AUTHORIZING A STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FOR FY9?
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the FY97 budget appropriated $355,000 for street resurfacing, street milling and
concrete repairs; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works has recommended specific streets
to be includcd tbr work in FY97 and listed these in a memorandum dated August 2, 1996.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by thc Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Thc strcct rcsurfacing program outlincd in a mcmorandum to thc Council dated August 2, 1996
in the priority listed, is approved.
