900.3 SUBJECT: USER CHARGES
:1 OBJECTIVE:
User charges for City vehicles and equipment to reflect the operating and repair costs.
:2 AUTHORITY:
This procedure amended by City Council April 19, 2004, Item A1.
:3 DIRECTION:
Fleet Management Division Manager serves at the pleasure of the Mayor and receives direction
through the General Administration Department Director.
:4 METHOD OF OPERATION:
A. User Charges
City vehicles or equipment shall be charged to the using program by the Fleet
Management Division based on the monthly usage of gas, oil, grease, repair, plus
overhead charges. Motor Pool vehicles charge $4.00/hour, but no more than $32.00/day.
