WHEREAS, General Stefanik Amefican-Slovak Citizens Club Corp. was the holder
of plenary license 1201-33-016-002; and
WfIEREAS, said license was not renewed prior to July 1, 1994, nor has any
application been made to date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plenary license #1201-33-
016-002 has lapsed effective May 5, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of said resolution be provided to the
New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control and to John Cmil, Treasurer of
said corporation.
Adopted this 4th day of May, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 5, 1995.
