Seconded by JR. 5 yes. 1. Discuss letter from Coastal Engineering re: 84 Underpass Road Motion: Endorse letter from Brad Malo, made by RE. Seconded by JR. 5 yes. 2. Discuss Anawan Road-order of upgrade The Board requested that the homeowner provide documentation that an engineering firm was proceeding with the upgrade by August 30, 2005. 3. Discuss letter from Zisson & Veara re: Dog Controls There was discussion on this issue but no motion was made. 4. Discuss watershed map Noted. 5. Discuss Groundwater Protection District by-law The Board made comments but no motion. JH will bring the Board's comments back to the WQRC. 6. Discuss request for transfer from reserve fund The Board asked that NI contact Cheryl Shrara and Town Counsel. 7. Discuss Colson's Landscaping NI informed the Board of the WQRC's concerns and a previous BOH vote. BOH 8/16/05 Minutes Page 2 Bills to be paid: Motion: Pay bills, made by RE. Monthly report for Ocean Edge Conference Center (RE moved to send a letter to Ocean Edge requesting them to come before the Board to discuss non-compliance, also stating that in the future, if they continue to be in non-compliance the Board will require more frequent pumping.
