APPOINTING MICHAEL BUCSAK TO
THE RECREATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance #95-7, the Borough of Carteret established a
Recreation Commission; and
WHEREAS, members were appointed to said Commission pursuant to Resolution
#95-75 adopted February 16, 1995; and
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on said Commission and it is in the best interest of
the Borough to make an appointment to fill said vacancy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council hereby
appoints
MICHAEL BUCSAK
to the Recreation Commission, effective immediately, term to expire December 31,
1995.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 5, 1995.
