The Board discussed different issues with BC. 7:30 George Reilly-continued variance request for 2314 Main Street GR told Board that he had made changes on the plans, adding a filtration barrier for vegetation and extending that barrier. Conservation Commission has approved this project. Motion: JR-grant variances and accept the plan with submitted changes. ESA conditions apply. RE seconded. 5 yes. 1. Discuss definition of a bedroom NI handed out the Town of Littleton's definition (which JH had asked her to bring) and a memo from Victor Staley, Building Commissioner regarding the housing code and the definition of egress. The Board discussed this. Motion: JH-accept Littleton's definition of a bedroom as Brewster's new regulation with the input of Town Counsel. DB seconded. 5 yes. 2. Discuss Monitoring of Innovate/Alternative On-Site sewage treatment systems proposed regs. There were a few changes made. Motion: RE-accept regulation as amended. JH seconded. 5 yes. 3. Discuss Duxbury's Regulations Noted. 4. Discuss Tanning Regulation Motion: JH-accept new regulation as written by Town Counsel. DB seconded. 5 yes. 5. Discuss Master Planning for Board of Health VZ: 6d Ndr 90' BOH 12/20/05 Minutes Page 2 RE suggested that the office get GIS maps for the office. Find out about overlay maps, lots served by town water. The Board asked NI to get in touch with the County Lab to find out if she could get data from them regarding well test done over the last two years. 6. Discuss Leaching Facility Set Back Regulation Discussion. Motion: RE-make changes and give to the Planning Board for comments. JR seconded. 5 yes. There was also discussion on having applicants get prior Conservation Commission approval before the Board of Health would give approval. Motion: RE-all projects within 100 feet of a wetland must get Conservation Commission approval before the BOH will grant any variance requests. JH seconded. 5 yes. Bills to be paid: RE-pay bills.
