AUTHORIZING THE FORM FOR EVALUATING CONTRACTOR'S
PERFORMANCE
WHEREAS, the performance of contractors working for the town has not been evaluated
in the past; and
WHEREAS, it will be the town's policy in the future to formally evaluate the performance
of contractors providing goods and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached form has been reviewed by the Finance Committee and has been
recommended for approval.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The enclosed performance evaluation form for contractors is hereby approved.
