AMENDING RESOLUTION #95-143 -
LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR BOHDAN SCHMANKO
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution #95-143 is amended to permit Bohdan
Schmanko to remain on the Borough's health insurance plan during his leave of
absence.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. Schmanko agrees to reimburse the
Borough of Carteret for all benefits provided during his leave of absence.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this agreement shall be evidenced by
execution by the Mayor and the employee of the attached agreement.
Adopted this 4th day of May, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 5, 1995.
